What is PT-141?

PT-141 is a libido peptide. It is used to treat sexual dysfunction in women as well as hemorrhagic shock, and reperfusion injury. It was available in a nasal spray until it was discontinued in 2008 after health concerns. It is now available as a substance to use for injection.

PT-141 came from the Melanotan testing that occurred in scientific studies.
